WARRANTY

Transhorsa Translation: Dedicated to Client Care

Transhorsa Translation promises accuracy, efficiency and privacy protection for all of our clients. If you are not satisfied with our work, we will refund to you.
Transhorsa Translation is dedicated to the success of clients′ communication projects, and we think the quality is the core of clients’ competition power and we are willing to provide a free warranty to any requirements of revising, adjustment within 2 month with every project we undertake.

The Warranty lasts for 2 calendar months from the date the clients′ project goes live, and covers the following:
1. A maximum 8 hour response period to any client requests for support assistance
2. Assistance with minor errors and variable terms
3. Assistance with problems experienced whilst attempting to download documents and images
4. General assistance on any queries or problems arising with the Content Management System, Database System or Ecommerce Programme
5. Assistance with user-reported viewing problems where a digital media system may not display correctly in certain browser types
6. Correction of any reported broken links
7. General advice required by the client to assist in the smooth running of their digital media system

Exclusions

The Warranty does not provide support for any problems or errors arising with, or caused by:
1. The hosting system
2. Big original content changes
