Project Director-Examine clients' projects, appoint suitable project manager, send translation requirements, handle clients' complaints, supervise and evaluate the performance of the project managers.
Project Manager-appoint translator or organize translation team, edit glossary (subject to the approval of industry specialists), determine translation style with native proofreader and keep real-time communication with clients.
Professional Translator-translate all or part of the file using unified terminology and the required style.
Localization Engineer-Modify the translation related to the social psychology of the target market or region and design localized pictures and website.
Industry Specialists-Examine the whole translation, mark out content problems and look through the whole translation after the revision of a native proofreader to ensure accuracy.
Native Proofreader-proofread the translation to ensure accuracy and a unified translation style.
DTP Engineer-carry out professional DTP work using different formats and make sure it looks appealing and professional.
