1) Assign translation job to proper translators, organize translator team and manage project’s schedule, even edit terminology (subject to the approval of industry specialists) to ensure the quality and turnaround time.
2) Communicate with native translators, proofreaders and industrial reviewers to make sure the style of the translated text and its accuracy ;
3) Make quality evaluation (examine proofread translation and turn to industry specialists' review and approval).
Request
1) University graduate degree with minimum 2 years’ project management or translation experience in translation industry. Be able to organize and implement translation projects oneself.
2) Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Native Proofreader
Responsibilities
Proofread translated text to ensure accuracy in a unified and right translation style.
Requirements
1) Be a native speaker, general knowledge is considerable;
2) Patience, scrupulosity and liability are necessary.
Reviewer
Responsibilities
1) Review and re-proofread a translated file
2) Embellish the translated text that need to be gone over;
Requirements
1) University graduate degree with minimum 8 years’ working experience relative in relative industry;
2) Be good at the translation language pair, familiar with one or more industrial terminologies and excellent writing skill;
3) Trados skill is preferred
Copywriter
Responsibilities
Copywrite and embellish the translated file according to the style it should be.
Requirements
1) University graduate with minimum 5 years’ relative working experience in press release or working as an editor or freelance writer;
2) Master at least a language pair;
3) Brilliant writing skill is needed.
Blog writer
Responsibilities
1) Writing professional articles for the company’s blog.
Requirements
1) University graduate with minimum 3 years’ translation company working experience;
2) Excellent writing skills in English
3) Creative ideas and passionate about words, with plenty intent for international exposure and fame
4) Flexible time required
Industry Expert & Reviewer
Responsibilities
Examine the whole translation, revise content problems and look through the whole translation after the revision of a native proofreader to ensure accuracy
Requirements
1) University graduate with minimum 8 years’ relative working experience in an industry;
2) Passionate about words and strict with terminology;
3) Be professional of one special field such as Auto, IT, Energy, etc.
Web designer
Responsibilities
Design the company’s WebPages.
Requirements
1) With minimum 3 years’ web design experience;
2) A certain degree of Marketing knowledge, strong aesthetic background and ability, valuable UI experience is preferred
3) Familiar with PHP, HTML & CSS, excellent skills of Dreamweaver, Fireworks, CorelDraw, Photoshop and PageMaker;
4) Be able to communicate in English.
